These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lange Logic Group LLC ("Lange Logic," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Lange Logic provides software development services, including but not limited to:

• Cloud infrastructure and backend services
• Technical consulting and advisory services
• Software maintenance and support

User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality are owned by Lange Logic or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Work Product

Ownership of work product created pursuant to a service agreement will be governed by the terms of that specific agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANGE LOGIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Lange Logic during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $1,000, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
